Alaska Gear Company
Living in Alaska, having the right gear makes all the difference! One of my absolute favorites is my Bunny Boots. They're wonderful for our cold Alaska winters, and I love having a dependable pair of boots for life around the homestead.

MatSu Food Bank
For those of you who don't know, there was a season when I relied on food banks to help feed my family. That experience is a big part of why building a well stocked pantry means so much to me, and why I love supporting the MatSu Food Bank today. If you feel led to give, this is where I'd love for you to send it. Every donation helps a neighbor here in the MatSu valley build a little more security into their pantry too.
Donations are made directly to the MatSu Food Bank. Modern Homestead Alaska does not collect or process donations. You will be redirected to the official MatSu Food Bank website.

Send a Little Love to the Homestead
If you feel led to support the homestead directly, we hope to have that option available soon. That said, my heart is truly with the MatSu Food Bank, so if you're deciding where to give, I'd be so grateful if you sent it their way instead.
